The manufacturer of compact all-terrain industrial vehicles, has signed an agreement with Yuasa, a renowned supplier of construction machinery in Japan with over 350 years of history. The agreement, which was signed last March, includes the exclusive import and distribution of dumper, rough terrain forklift and telehandler ranges throughout Japan.
The AUSA Country Manager, Alberto Ortega, says:
“Fulfilling our strategic plan for international expansion included expanding the brand in new countries for us such as Japan, a singular market where we needed a great partner. So we are very pleased to be joining Yuasa, a company founded in 1666 and with an unparallel knowledge of the industrial sector. This project will allow us to offer our dumpers, rough terrain forklifts and telehandlers, guaranteeing the best technical service and after-sales support through Yuasa’s eleven sales offices all over the country.”
Yoshio Sugimoto, executive officer of Yuasa, said:
“Yuasa is proud to add AUSA’s products to our portfolio and offer our customers in Japan a wider range of solutions for their needs. AUSA products are known for their high-quality, reliable, and versatile solutions for construction, agriculture, and other industries, something that will definitely fit our demanding customers. Moreover, our long-standing commitment to quality and customer service is reflected in our partnership too, and we look forward to serving our customers with the same level of excellence”.
This agreement is part of the activation of the strategic plan for international expansion that AUSA launched in 2022, whose objectives are to double sales in five years and to decentralize dependence on markets. Asia-Pacific is a key one to achieve these objectives and the company expects to close new agreements in the coming months.
