As they continue to adapt to the challenges they are experiencing as a result of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, they wanted to update about changes they’ve made at Kobelco Construction Machinery Europe (KCME) in order to best support their customers, colleagues, dealers, and suppliers.

At Kobelco, they strive to ensure the safety of their workforce. With this in mind, they have implemented various safety measures to prevent the spread of infection.

Their spare parts warehouse in The Netherlands is still fully operational, but to protect their workforce, they are introduced to some additional hygiene and social distancing policies. To protect their suppliers, they re taking extra precautions for deliveries and shipments.

Their machine production and shipping process currently remains operational despite some supply chain disruptions.

Most of their administrative and office-based staff across Europe are now working remotely and their dealer network is still operating in-line with the Government advice from each individual country.
