HG will showcase its latest advancements in electric construction equipment, highlighting how its technology is breaking down the barriers to widespread electric adoption.

HG proposes as important advantages:

  • Innovative Powertrain Technology; HG’s drivetrain and software solutions optimize battery efficiency, setting new industry standards.
  • Extended Electric Range; HG dumpers offer more than 12 hours of runtime per charge, eliminating the limitations of many existing electric alternatives.
  • Future-Ready Design; With zero emissions and ultra-low noise levels, these machines help contractors meet evolving urban and environmental regulations while improving working conditions.
  • Lower Total Cost of Ownership; Compared to diesel-powered alternatives, HG’s dumpers provide significant cost savings in terms of both operation and maintenance.

CEO Nikolaj Birkerod emphasizes the balance between performance, cost efficiency, and environmental responsibility:

“Electric construction equipment is the future, but not all solutions are created equally. HG has developed the most energy-efficient drivetrain in the market, enabling full-day operation on a single charge. This innovation not only enhances performance but also delivers financial and operational benefits, proving that transitioning to electric does not mean compromising on efficiency or cost-effectiveness.”

HG Presents the All-Electric 2-Ton Dumper at Bauma

At Bauma 2025, HG will introduce the HG E2000, a 100% electric 2-ton dumper engineered for efficiency, operator comfort, and long-term cost savings. With advanced lithium battery technology, high swivel tip functionality, and intuitive one-pedal driving, the E2000 sets a new standard in electric construction equipment.

Designed and manufactured in-house in Denmark, the E2000 is the first dumper to deliver up to 12 hours of operation on a single charge.

Key Features of the E2000:

  • Leading Battery Performance – Ensures an uninterrupted workday with over 12 hours of runtime on a single charge.
  • Fast, Versatile Charging – Achieves 20-80% charge in just 2.5 hours and is compatible with 400V, 220V EU plugs, or a Type 2 car charger.
  • Precision Unloading – High swivel tip functionality enhances unloading flexibility, particularly in confined urban workspaces.
  • Operator-Focused Design – One-pedal driving provides effortless handling and precise control.
  • Minimal Noise and Emissions – Fully electric, making it ideal for use in noise-sensitive environments such as residential areas, hospitals, and schools.
  • Future-Proof Investment – Designed to comply with increasingly strict zero-emission regulations, aligning with the industry’s sustainability goals.

“The E2000 represents a significant breakthrough in electric construction equipment. By maximizing power output and efficiency, it delivers extended runtimes, reduced operational costs, and long-term savings. This is the direction the industry is moving toward.”

said CEO Nikolaj Birkerod, highlighting the machine’s technological advancements.

HG Introduces the All-Electric 1-Ton High Tip Wheeled Mini Dumper at Bauma 2025

HG will present the HG E1000 HT mini dumper at Bauma 2025. This 100% electric high-tip dumper has been designed with efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness in mind, aiming to set a new benchmark for urban and indoor construction projects.

With a runtime of up to 12 hours on a single charge and rapid charging capabilities (20-80% in just 90 minutes), the HG E1000 HT minimizes downtime while delivering reliable performance in various work environments.

Key Benefits of the E1000 HT:

  • Reduced Operating Costs – Operating at approximately €1 per day compared to €30 per day for diesel-powered tracked dumpers, it offers a cost-efficient alternative with lower maintenance expenses.
  • Lower Labor Costs – Increased drive speeds and reduced manual labor requirements enhance workflow efficiency, potentially lowering overall wage costs.
  • Enhanced Productivity – With the capacity to transport 1 tonne per load—equivalent to 10 wheelbarrows—it ensures uninterrupted work during extended shifts.
  • Zero Emissions and Noise Reduction – Fully electric and silent, the dumper is particularly well-suited for indoor use, hospitals, schools, and urban environments.
  • Superior Maneuverability – The wheeled design allows easy navigation in confined spaces, reducing the risk of floor damage associated with tracked alternatives.
  • Compliance with Global Standards – Designed to meet stringent zero-emission regulations, making it a future-proof investment for contractors.

“The future of construction is electric, benefiting both the industry and its workforce. The E1000 HT delivers a healthier, quieter, and more cost-effective solution, ensuring long-term advantages for contractors and operators alike.”

said CEO Nikolaj Birkerod emphasizes the importance of balancing environmental responsibility with economic efficiency.
