Cifa is preparing to make a significant impact with the launch of several exciting innovations: a new concrete distribution machine, a new underground machine, and a new electric machine from the Energya range, alongside a preview in collaboration with one of the leading international truck builders. These three brand-new machines are top-secret and will only be unveiled during the show at the Cifa booth (outdoor area 1105/4).

Cifa’s innovations on display will focus on enhancing on-site work quality: making it easier, faster, safer, and more sustainable.

The products are practical solutions, ready to make a difference “Today”. Cifa listens to customers’ needs and responds to the demands of operators, fully understanding the challenges they face daily, “Together”. The company is dedicated to the well-being of both the community and the environment, looking beyond the direct supply chain, “To All”. With this philosophy, Cifa participates in Bauma 2025 and presents:

The new range of 20-metre pumps, the “Short ones”

Cifa will present its new range of truck-mounted pumps with booms in the 20-metre segment, including the K20L, K24L, and K28L models, designed to provide maximum efficiency in both residential construction and large infrastructure projects. These models with booms of 20, 24, and 28 metres address the demand on construction sites for medium and small-sized, agile, and versatile booms. They provide great assistance to the operator with limitless performance:

Modularity: The modular chassis is designed to be mounted on both 2-axle and 3-axle trucks without compromises.

– Lightweight: The robust yet lightweight structure is ideal for transporting additional pumping lines without exceeding weight limits.

High performance: Thanks to the new pump unit.

Versatility: The range is ideal for working in confined or hard-to-reach spaces.

Ease of use: Intuitive controls and smart design for straightforward and simplified management.

At the CIFA stand, visitors will be able to see the 24-metre model (K24L) on display.

The new compact concrete pump, the K31L

Designed for easy placement even indoors. The new K31L truck-mounted pump is engineered to meet the demands of modern construction sites with a blend of compactness, flexibility, high performance, and a focus on safety.

Five-section boom: Made from high-strength steel, the boom extends up to 31 metres and can be unfolded in under 6 metres of height, maintaining the ability to reach maximum distance.

Lightweight structure: Makes the machine compact for transportation and improves road stability, allowing a greater payload for carrying materials and accessories.

Boom deployment in front of the cab: Enables the boom to extend over the cab, facilitating work in enclosed environments with exceptional manoeuvrability and safety.

Integrated 360° rotor: The final section of the boom is equipped with a rotor for quick and precise boom deployment.

Easy and fast stabilisation: Thanks to the advanced real-time management and control system (Smartronic or Easytronic).

Wombat, the new shotcrete pump

A compact shotcrete pump for tunnels. The Cifa family grows with the addition of the Wombat, a revolutionary shotcrete pump designed for underground job sites. Like its animal namesake, the Wombat is robust, agile, and perfectly adapted for tight and hard-to-reach spaces. Key features that make the Wombat an ideal partner in tunnels:

Articulated boom: Designed for use in mines and small to medium-sized tunnels, the Wombat’s boom is versatile and precise, with a 10-metre vertical extension, enabling agile operations.

Compact, off-road chassis: Articulated, featuring hydrostatic drive and ROPS-FOPS cab, offering outstanding manoeuvrability and uncompromised safety.

Remote control: Simple and intuitive, allowing easy operation of the Wombat.

New options and features: Smartronic Pro

Smartronic is the electronic brain that manages and monitors all functions of the truck-mounted pump, simplifying operations for the operator. At Bauma, the enhanced Smartronic Pro version will be launched, offering four new automatic functions to simplify boom unfolding and safety-limit features to ensure constant safety on site. Along with the Cifavista software (which monitors and collects data on the entire fleet to plan work and maintenance interventions), customers will have full control over operations, preventing time loss and unforeseen obstacles.

Also on display at the Cifa and Zoomlion stands:

K42E, the electric Energya truck-mounted pump, 42-metre boom, maximum performance with low emissions. Ideal for sustainable construction sites.

K50L, the 50-metre truck-mounted pump, versatility and reliability for precise pours on large construction sites.

K60H, the 60-metre truck-mounted pump, maximum extension and advanced technology for superior performance.
