GD10H Wheel Dumper

During Bauma, Tobroco-Giant will introduce its first wheel dumper, the GD10H. This 1-ton machine is equipped with a High Tip function, which allows the skip to be raised to a greater height. This enables materials to be safely and efficiently dumped without the need for additional tools, such as a ramp. The skip is also capable of being used as a front tip skip.

Depending on the terrain and conditions, the GD10H can be equipped with different tire sizes. On the narrow 7.00×12 AS-504 wheels, the machine is only 980 mm wide, making the wheel dumper ideal for use in tight spaces. With a wheelbase of 1500 mm and a total length of 3130 mm, the GD10H offers excellent stability and maneuverability. The height with ROPS is 2450 mm. For low passages, this protective bar can be partially folded down.

The GD10H is equipped with a Kubota 1.1-liter engine with a power output of 18.5 kW. The skip of the machine is made of durable HARDOX steel and features rounded corners, allowing materials to be easily discharged without residues building up. The top speed of the machine is 16 km/h.

In addition to the 1-ton version, the GD10H will also be available in 1.5-ton and 2-ton variants. Moreover, a swivel tip variant will be available for all models, allowing the right product to be offered for various applications. The swivel tip allows material to be dumped in all directions, eliminating the need for unnecessary maneuvering to get the material to the desired location. Tobroco-Giant is also exploring the possibilities of applying electric drive to meet the demand in the emission-free segment.

G2700 Series

The compact and versatile G2700 series will also be on display. This series is the perfect solution for locations with narrow and low passageways and areas where space is limited, yet powerful performance is essential. The wheel loader, also known as a tool carrier, features a small turning radius and smooth steering. The fact that the tool carrier can be transported on a trailer provides great flexibility for the user.

The G2700 X-TRA HD+, on display at the trade fair, is equipped with a 50 hp Kubota engine and is ideal for heavy-duty tasks on construction sites, earthmoving, and infrastructure projects.

Electric G2700E X-TRA HD

The fully electric G2700E X-TRA HD will also be showcased at Bauma. It offers high performance in the zero-emission segment, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and versatility. The tool carrier is powered by a 13 kW electric motor and is equipped with 12-ton axles with a traction force of 16,000 Newton. This model offers increased lifting capacity for tasks such as transporting pallets of paving stones on construction sites. An optional cooling unit optimizes performance when using hydraulically powered attachments.

New Vibratory Plates Series

Tobroco-Giant is launching its new series of vibratory plate models at Bauma. This series, consisting of 14 new models, is designed to deliver high compaction performance and includes gasoline, diesel, and electric drives. In addition to the well-known rammers and reversible plates, the following models from the new vibratory plate series will be showcased at Bauma:

  • GP2155G GEN 2
  • GP1545G GEN 2
  • GP1950E GEN 2
  • GP2155D GEN 2
  • GP3065G GEN 2

Key features of the new generation GIANT vibratory plates:

  • Durable Cast Iron Base Plate
  • Protective frame and lifting eye
  • Optional water tank and sprinkler system
  • Cyclone air filter
  • Vibration-damping handlebar
  • Foldable transport wheels
  • Stationary function

In addition to models with conventional drives, the company also offers electric vibratory plates that deliver the same high performance but are completely emission-free. Perfect for enclosed spaces and environmentally sensitive areas, these electric models offer:

  • A powerful lithium-ion battery, interchangeable with GIANT’s electric compaction equipment.
  • Up to 28 minutes of continuous operation on a single charge, with 80% of the battery capacity restored within an hour.

GS950TE Skid-Steer Loader

Tobroco-Giant’s electrically powered GS950TE Skid-Steer loader is equipped with tracks and combines top performance with an emission-free electric drive. The new electric Skid-Steer models are the result of years of development and are intended for construction, demolition, infrastructure, and landscaping companies, as well as arborists, municipalities, and anyone who maintains roads or paths. Production of this series began this year.

The GS900E and GS950TE come standard with a Jungheinrich LFP battery. Additionally, there is space for a second battery, providing a combined capacity of 23.3 kWh. This ensures enough energy for a full workday on the construction site. For extra fast charging, users can opt for the GIANT external charging station, which can charge the machine from 10% to 90% in less than an hour.
