At Intermat, Kobelco unveiled its newest products, including the European launch of the SK520LC and the SK380SR excavators and an all new TKE750G telescopic crane. With a focus on excellence and precision, the company also introduced its new European brand tagline, “Built for Perfectionists”, returning to the roots of its Japanese origin and the pursuit of perfection through every machine that leaves its factories.
The all new SK520LC-11EÂ is equipped with a new large and powerful 15 litre displacement Isuzu engine, which produces 348kW output and 1,980Nm torque (versus 300kW and 1,700Nm in the SK500LC-11). Best suited to general construction and quarrying applications, the SK520LC-11E also has a higher operating weight (53,000kg) when compared with the previous model, leading to increased stability.
The new SK380SRLC-7 is equipped with a powerful Isuzu Stage V compliant engine, which provides 210 kW output and 6% higher torque than previous models for a more efficient performance. In addition, the DPF replacement interval has been extended from 4,500 to 8,000 hours of operation, resulting in less downtime for maintenance.
The TKE750G, a new telescopic boom crawler crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 75 metric tonnes and a 35m lifting height. The crane is equipped with an EU Stage V-compliant Mercedes-Benz E9H01 (Daimler OM936LA) engine and continues the same basic concept of the G series lattice boom crawler crane models.
