Zoomlion Europe was present at GIS with three full series of lifting products: aerial platforms, mobile cranes and tower cranes. This 2023 edition is Zoomlion Europe’s third GIS exhibition. Over the last few years, the range of each series has been expanded and the mobile crane models have gone from prototypes to being operational on construction sites; this is all thanks to the hard work of the research and development team that has designed and built machines entirely made in Italy and with European components.

RTC 500 rough terrain crane
A lightweight crane, designed and built in Italy specifically for the Italian market, is powerful and has a maximum load capacity of 50 tons. It features a 37.1-meter four-section telescopic boom with two extension modes and continuous 360° rotation. It has a stage V diesel engine and load-sensing hydraulics to combine the highest performance on the construction site with the highest efficiency. These features, combined with its extremely compact size, make the RTC 500 ideal for working in spaces with limited room for movement and perfect for pick&carry operations. Transport from one construction site to another is quick, easy, and requires no special permits. The innovative traction and suspension system ensures unbeatable performance in off-road applications. Very popular with operators is the ergonomic driving cab – which can be tilted 20° to improve visibility – with large windows for an optimal view while driving and lifting, equipped with large touchscreen display and electronic joysticks for movement control.
Electrification is the trademark feature of our line of aerial platforms; the aim is to increase the use of electrics more and more, introducing them even in historically diesel-powered families, to ensure a significant reduction in costs and greater efficiency. With a distribution centre located in Lombardy, Zoomlion Europe puts service and the supply of spare parts in the region at the very heart of its business model: rental companies can rely on direct contact with the manufacturer, and also benefit from the financial services provided by the Zoomlion group, through Zoomlion Capital. ZS0808DC-Li work platform
Electric scissor lift with durable lithium-ion battery, with triple longer lifetime than traditional ones, maintenance-free. Its high performance is also enhanced by a number of smart functions, such as built-in pre-heating for cold weather regions and the Battery Management System (BMS) for greater efficiency. This model can reach up to 10 meters.
ZS1623RT work platform
Diesel scissor lift for rough terrain with a basket capacity of 680 kg. Four-wheel drive and oscillating axle allow easy off-road operation, which is also made possible by the one-click levelling function.
ZA20JERT-Li work platform
Platform with articulated boom, electric with lithium-ion battery. It has a high working capacity, reaching a height of 21.8 m with a lifting force of 250/360 kg. Thanks to its quick-lift function, it can lower the boom without folding it. It features an independent auxiliary power supply system for added safety.
ZT22JE–Li work platform
Telescopic boom platform, also electric, ideal for plant construction and maintenance. Lowtemperature regenerative current control and self-adaptive power control increase battery efficiency. The new GFRP composite design ensures greater resistance to heat, ageing and corrosion.
