Following the example of the American and Danish army, the Belgian army has now also opted for the quality of Broshuis. Nine, three-axle PL2 pendular axle low loaders will be delivered in combination with DAF 8×8 tractors.
Only the highest-quality equipment is considered by the defense ministries. In addition, Broshuis has proved to be an consistently reliable partner when these decisions have to be made. The trailers are fitted with PL2 pendular axles that were developed in-house. With these, we achieve a consistently high quality which has been tested extensively. This proven quality was the deciding factor in choosing Broshuis.
By developing the pendle axles in-house, the spring stroke has been increased along with other beneficial changes. This means that the trailers will operate better in off-road conditions. This increases deployability, which is of great importance to the military.
