Italian based CM manufacturer showcased the first fully electric-powered paver in action.
The latest generation of small pavers for cycle paths, pedestrian areas, and narrow carriageways has been tested by the local CTI civil contractor.
The F175 eco, is the result of the foresighted partnership between CM srl and the Electric Automotive manufacturer Tazzari Group, which developed the electric powertrain.
The two companies are already working to launch another “eco” narrow tracked paver model. Two skilled companies based in the same region, so they proudly define their product “totally made in Romagna”, and are available to anyone who wishes to embrace sensitivity and a future in the name of eco-sustainability.
Actually, this area is fully involved in automotive on and off-highway manufacturing and the CM plant is nearby the Bomag Italia factory and the former Bitelli headquarters now owned by Caterpillar (Asphalt Division)
Dr. Gaetano Castiglione, President and CEO of CM proudly stated:
”The new wheeled F175 eco and the new tracked F180 eco currently under development, finally make it possible to requalify urban areas with zero emissions and NO acoustic pollution “.
