New Deal Between Brandon Hire Station and Thwaites To Satisfy the Dumpers Demands

Leading UK Vp Hirer Brandon Hire Station has taken delivery of 70 x 1-tonne Hi-Tip dumpers, in a deal that will expand the company’s fleet, then via their circa. 160 branch network, satisfy the growing demand for Thwaites dumpers.

The deal was marked with a socially distanced outdoor photograph at the Thwaites Warwickshire factory.

The deal was facilitated by Thwaites approved distributor for the Midlands, North West and Yorkshire BTE Plant Sales.

BTE Chairman Ben Elliott said “We have a long-established relationship with Vp Brandon Hire Station, I am delighted to have concluded this deal and thank the management team for their continued support and confidence.  With the marketplace strong and the outlook encouraging, we are always pleased to see major hirers such as Vp Brandon Hire Station purchasing Thwaites via BTE”.

The deal was marked with a socially distanced outdoor photograph at the Thwaites Warwickshire factory, where Vp Brandon Hire Station MD Brian Sherlock and Thwaites Deputy Chairman Ian Brown joined Ben Elliot and Thwaites General Sales Manager Andy Sabin.

Brian Sherlock who has led the company since 2014 through the acquisition of Brandon in 2017 said, “Thwaites have a great product, the design and build quality is second to none, with this being recognised by our customers, who find them safe and easy to operate, our engineers who find them easy to maintain and our drivers who find them safe and easy to load and deliver”.

Mr Sherlock concluded, “During the pandemic customers have considered carrying out landscaping and build projects themselves, whilst others have appointed local contractors.  As a consequence this has driven demand, which has necessitated further significant investment in our Thwaites dumper fleet”.

Thwaites Deputy Chairman Ian Brown said, “I am always pleased to welcome Brian and Ben, the 1-tonne hi-tip dumper in this deal continues to be in high demand, with hirers recognising the value, reduced cost of ownership, and great residuals the machine delivers to their business”.
