Caterpillar Industrial announces the sale of its minority shareholder interest in the lift truck business to Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America (MCFA). The transaction is associated with Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas group becoming 100% fully owned by Mitsubishi Logisnext, which is expected to close on March 1, 2021.
Despite selling its minority interest, Caterpillar continues a long-term global strategic relationship with Mitsubishi Logisnext, continuing its decades-long tradition of providing customers innovative and reliable forklift solutions.
