Hitachi Construction Machinery is expanding its distribution network in Italy to have a closer connection to customers. Effective as of 1 December, the new structure enable the manufacturer to offer quicker and more efficient support, and to gain better insights into the demand for future development in one of its largest European markets.
HCME will reinforce its Italian distribution network with the addition of six new dealers located across the country: KMI SRL in Calabria and Puglia; WR57 SRL in Emilia Romagna; Franco Clo SRL, Salomoni SRL, and Comac SRL in the northeast; and Massucco T SRL in the northwest.
The new dealers join SCAI, HCME’s long-term partner in Italy, which will continue to provide the highest levels of service to customers in the rest of the country, including Lombardia, and central and southern regions.
“The European construction industry is becoming increasingly competitive,”
says HCME President Makoto Yamazawa.
“The new distribution structure in Italy will help to enhance our performance in terms of sales and support, as we will be better placed to serve our customers, and respond to their individual needs locally and nationally.”
“We recognize that Italy is one of the most important markets in Europe. By strengthening our distribution network, we intend to add value to the customer experience by offering a wide range of solutions and services, enabling contractors to build on the success of their businesses and activities.”
