With an automatic quick mounting system, the operator remains in the cab and can automatically attach the tiltrotator or other hydraulic tools to the machine hitch.
Engcon’s automatic quick mounting system is time-saving and safe, as the driver does not have to jump in and out of the cab to mess with manual, pressurized and often dirty hydraulic couplings.
”Depending on the type of work performed, the time savings can be up to one hour per day. A traditional replacement can take up to 3-4 minutes, while connecting a hydraulic tool with EC-Oil only takes ten seconds. This facilitates the excavator’s work and makes the excavators even more profitable,”

Among the components compatible with the EC-Oil automatic quick assembly system is the SG03-SG33 designed for excavators weighing between 1.5 and 33 tons.
Engcon’s stone & sieve grabs in the SG series are suitable for everything from sorting to light demolition works where a powerful grab is needed.
Used in combination with Engcon’s tiltrotators, the grabs provide the access needed. The QS45-QS80 top brackets also come with EC-Oil automatic oil connection system as standard equipment.
